Even you can export contact in csv file and import on other mobile. Gmail also used for this. You can save contact on gmail. And then log in to gmail on other mobile and synchronize with gmail account.
Or use ios to android software which are available on mobile site.

If you already have Google account, transfer contacts from iPhone to Android could be remarkably simple. And even if you haven't got a Google account it's relatively straightforward to transfer your contacts from iPhone to Android with 3rd party tool.

    Share iPhone Contacts Using iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account and then sync the account data with the Android phone.

    1. Connect the iPhone to the computer via USB
    2. Open iTunes on the computer
    3. Go to “Info” and enable “Sync Contacts With
    4. Log in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
    5. Click “Apply” to star the sync
    6. Once done, switch to the Android phone and log in with the same account used in iTunes
    7. Allow the account to sync contacts with the Android device

Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts are backed up to your iCloud account, you can sign in with the account on a computer with Internet access and export the contacts in a vCard file for use on the Android device.

    1. Open the Internet browser on the computer
    2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/
    3. Log in with your iCloud account
    4. Go to “Contacts” and select the desired contacts
    5. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard” and follow one of the steps below:
      • Launch the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to Google Contacts, or:
      • Connect the Android device to the PC via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and import it using the “Contacts” app

    Using My Contacts Backup:

NOTE: Although the methods above require a computer with Internet access, you can also share your iPhone contacts using third-party apps like My Contacts Backup for iOS. The app can back up and share contacts via email.

    1. Install the app on the iPhone from the App Store
    2. Launch the app and create a vCard of your iPhone contacts
    3. Compose an email
    4. Attach the vCard and send the email to your own address
    5. On the Android phone, open the email and download the vCard
    6. Import the vCard to your phonebook using the Contacts app

    Using Send Anywhere:

NOTE: Send Anywhere is another third-party app you can use for Android and iOS. The app uses a peer-to-peer connection to share contacts and other types of files without requiring a computer.

    1. Install the app on both devices from their respective app stores
    2. Launch the app on both phones
    3. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts
    4. Select the desired contacts and a transfer method on one of the phones
    5. Follow the prompts to complete the process
