    There are many ways to help Android user backup files. Google drive is a good option that many Android user backup files with it. Android backup tool is also an good option, this tool is easy-to-use and can backup all files with simple click.

    I have the smartwatch z60 but I dont have the option of "personal" and "backup and restore " options

    Back Up & Restore App Data:

    1. Launch “Settings
    2. Scroll to “Personal” and tap “Backup & reset
    3. Enable “Back up my data” to back up app data, settings, and passwords to your account
    4. Enable “Automatic restore” to allow app data, settings, and Wi-Fi passwords to be restored automatically upon reinstalling apps or signing in with the backup account

    Back Up & Restore Contacts:

    1. Launch “Settings
    2. Access “Accounts
    3. Select an account type and the account you want to use for contact syncing
    4. Make sure “Contacts” is checked
    5. Tap “Menu” > “Sync Now

    NOTE: Contacts backed up using this method can be restored automatically the next time you sign in with the backup account.

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the Android device to your computer via USB
    2. Enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” at the prompt or from the “Notification” area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate the media files on the phone
    5. Copy and paste the files in the desired backup location on the computer storage
    6. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and you can safely disconnect the phone from the USB

    Restore Media Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the Android device to the computer via USB
    2. Enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” when prompted or from the “Notification” area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate and copy the media file backups from the computer
    5. Paste the files on the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” folder
    6. After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord
