I've never had any problems with VIVO's program. In my opinion, it is one of the best cell phones if we analyze the report price-quality. Of course, Samsung, Xiaomi, Apple, and other famous brands supply awesome devices, but VIVO seems to have the best offers. BBK provides awesome devices, and I like ONE plus and VIVO. Both are awesome. I bought my cellphone in 2017, and since then there were many firmware updates, but I just recently stumbled on this site https://vivogeek.com/how-to-download...llation-guide/, and found out how to download and install Vivo Y51L Flash File the latest version. Now, I can use my cellphone for three more years.

    Clear App Cache/Data:

NOTE: If an app causes issues or takes up too much storage inexplicably, you can try fixing the issues by clearing the app’s cache or data. WARNING! When you clear an app’s data, all of your data stored within the app will be deleted, including personalized settings, user profiles, login information etc. To avoid losing personal app data, clear ONLY the app cache.

    1. On the home screen, swipe up from the bottom
    2. Open “Settings” and go to “Apps & Notifications”
    3. Switch to “See all apps”
    4. Select the desired app and tap “Storage” > “Clear cache”
    5. If clearing the app cache didn’t fix the issues, tap “Clear data” (Check the WARNING above)

Reset Network and App Settings, Factory Reset the Phone:

NOTE: Before you factory reset the phone, ensure you’ve backed up all of your data.

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. Access “System”
    3. Tap “Reset options”
    4. To reset network settings, tap “Reset Wi-Fi Mobile & Bluetooth” and tap “Reset” two times
    5. To reset apps settings, access “Reset app preferences” and tap “Reset apps”
    6. To factory reset the device, tap “Erase all data (Factory Reset)” > “Reset phone”
    7. Tap “Erase everything”

Reboot to Safe Mode and Remove Apps:

NOTE: If a third-party app causes issues and prevents you from removing it, you should be able to remove the app while in Safe Mode. In this mode, all third-party apps are disabled.

    1. Press and hold “power”
    2. Tap and hold “Power off” in the power management pop-up
    3. Wait for the phone to finish rebooting, and once done, a “Safe Mode” watermark should be visible in the lower area of the home screen
    4. Launch “Settings”
    5. Go to “Apps & Notifications”
    6. If necessary, switch to “All apps”
    7. Select the desired app and tap “Uninstall” > “OK”
    8. To exit Safe Mode, reboot the phone normally
