    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Access “All Contacts”
    3. Select the phone number/contact you want to block
    4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

    Unblock Incoming Calls:

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Go to “All contacts”
    3. Select the contact you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Edit”
    5. Tap “Menu” and turn “All calls to voicemail” Off

    Block Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Open Google “Messenger”
    2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact whose messages you want to block
    3. Tap “menu” > “People & Options”
    4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

    NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts are disabled for archived messages.

    Unblock Messages in Google Messenger:

    1. Open Google “Messenger”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Access “Archived”
    4. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
    5. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
    6. Tap “Menu” again and go to “People & Options”
    7. Tap “Unblock [phone number]” to confirm

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if unsupported by your carrier)
    4. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or select a contact from the phonebook
    5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Access “Call forwarding”
    4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
    5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
    6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Go to “Call forwarding”
    4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
    5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
