Back Up App Data:

1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
2. Access “Settings”
3. If necessary, go to the “General” tab
4. Under “Phone management”, tap “Backup & reset”
5. Tap to enable “Back up my data”

Back Up Data on the SD Card:

Back Up Media Files on a Windows Computer:

1. Establish a USB connection between the LG K5 and your computer
2. On the phone’s home screen, slide the “Notification” bar down
3. Make sure “Media sync (MTP)” is enabled
4. On the computer, open the File Explorer
5. Navigate to the phone storage and copy the desired media files
6. Transfer the files in the desired backup location on the computer
7. After the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB
