It's great that you posted this question on the forum! More recently, I also ran into this question. Finding contractors for small projects is always a real challenge! But I found out about the condo-fairtender.ca service, which was created specifically to solve this problem. Now we open all contracts only through this site!

I and other condo owners decided to streamline the process and hire contractors at the best prices. But we don't know how to do it yet. How did you organize this process in your condo?
