Hello. I recently purchased 2 pairs of workout/leggings and 3 sweaters. The quality was great on all of them. Clothes fit really well, too, thanks to accurate sizing labels online. The only "complaint" in have is that instead of all coming in 1 package, they came in 3 separate mailings, I left it to thredup customer service and they try to solve my issue.

How reliable are thredup ratings and reviews? Should I consider them while taking up a purchase?
