    The process of data-driven decision making includes five steps:
    1. strategy (look at your objectives and prioritize)
    2. identify key areas (find and present relevant data)
    3. data targeting (draw conclusions from that data)
    4. collecting and analyzing (plan your strategy)
    5. action items (measure success and repeat).
    A good example of a data-driven business decision is receiving a product recommendation while visiting an eCommerce website or through email.
