The staff is friendly and helpful, the planes are clean and comfortable, and the food is pretty good too (for airplane food, that is). Btw, as for cheap business class flights, I'm not sure how cheap they are compared to other airlines, but I've heard that Copa Airlines has some pretty good deals on business class flights if you book in advance. Overall, I'd say Copa Airlines is a solid choice for your next flight.
