FExplorer is a must-have application, and it's freeware.
It requires only 28 KB of memory, and offers you for example the possibility
to change your Operator Logo, or to send several files via IR or BT.

Filemanager like FExplorer o SeleQ has the function to set the Op. Logo on the File menu

If you upload an image to the images section of the phone you can use browse the directory on the phone using seleq and set it as the oplogo

to send these 7650 / 3650 op logos to your phone you can just use infrared. then something like filemanager to place it in the correct directory.. from memory \system\apps\phone\oplogo you will also need to know your operator number - see site for details.
