It's not made by Nextel. It's a compilation CD of a bunch of MIDI files and GIF files with some free software. Everything on the CD you can get for free online. Basically you're paying for the convenience of not having to download all of the programs and ringtones. I wouldn't pay more than $8-$10 for it though.
