    Nero to burn mpeg 1 vcd mpegs.
    But if you have them in avi or divx form you must encode.
    Svcd mpeg 2 can be burned with Nero also

    use nero, its the best for burning anything.. im pretty sure its got a inbuilt MPG encoder as well.

    Use the Roxio WinonCD 6.
    It Works For DVD players (and VCD of course) and cames with a player for PC!

    I recomend TMPGENC (I think is the name) to encode all my movies then good ol nero to burn a VCD, it's quick and it's easy.

    i am looking for a software to burn movie vcds from downloaded divx xvid movies that i download from kazaa. so that i can play it on my dvd player..can someone help
