    yes, you can record a wav file of whatever you want said. then convert it into .mmf
    however, this conversion wont work if you try 40 tones... only 16 tones. and you can't add led or vibe.

    I know that the Motorola T720 has one ringtone that has voice... But that's predownloaded... "You have an incoming call." Sounds really good, actually.
