Actually there are studies that have been done that show there is no difference in driver attention between hands free & handheld.

So it's not the fact you're holding something, it's the fact you're talking to someone while you should be focusing on something else. Kind of like people who are screaming at their kids in the back seat of their minivan when they should be watching the light.

Yea....People should buy cell phones with hands off but some people just don't get it

yes there are many people who lack the common sence to get a hands free kit if you will be driving and talking at the same time. Its not as bad now as it used to be however there are those few, i think it could easily be shownt hat cell phones have been more helpful in everyday life rather than a harm, and would be a big loss if "outlawed"

Your right they shouldnt be taken away, they are very helpful in everyday life, its just the stupid ppl you get who drive and tlk at the same time

In my opinion Cell phones should not be allowed. They were first used for emergency and now people talk on them to friends and cause more wrecks.
