    it depends on what type of phone you have, on most sprint phones there is a file called qcp. its like a mp3 for ur phone only lower quality. the format might work on other phones but im not sure because i have only had sprint phones!

    can you make something a ring tone if it's not a midi file? midis are great but the sound sounds too synthetic to do voices or the like
