i happens when i put the vibration off... when it's on everything is normal. so any ideas?

well i have this little problem... when the phone rings sometimes i just can hardly hear it. it doesn't happen all the times but most of it sometimes it's just too high, and some other time i can;t even hear it. and it happen with all the ringtones (midis) i've put.anyone have this problem? is this a problem with the hardware or what? can someone help me??
