    you might also have to get the guards lipped... but i guess that depends on how much you lower the car.

    yes you can fit them on just fine. the only thing you will have to make sure is to get the right tire size. you will be going with a nice low-pro tire.

    of course you can but you have to get even lower profile tires
    that means instead of 45 ratio you might have to get 35 ratio and that's more expensive and they wear out quicker too so I would say stick with 17s
