It probably depends on your provider. I'm on T-Mobile, so I just had to call them up (611 on your mobile), and ask them to activate the internet access.

I received the service messages saying that I received the tones/games, but each time I select "Retrieve" it say "GPRS connection not available". How do I make it available?
