Yeah, I know there's three scroll bars in that image. I pasted 3 screenshots together to make it. And if you don't have one of the options I do, remember, I have Windows XP, so there might be one or two things you don't have.

First off, set your color depth to 16 bit.
If you can, remove MSIE 6 and go back to 5. (I would actually suggest the next step first)
If you can't remove it, go into the MSIE 6 Internet Options.
Make sure it looks like this: (I've never had any problems with anything using these settings)

oh yea....how do u reinstall? says i already have all the components......do i have to unistall it first?

When in doubt - REINSTALL!!!! MSIE that is..... all of the textglows in signatures are red to me... I assume that's what everybody else sees?? Is there a textglow/color command for sigs?

nope....said nothing is missing....stupid pc.....

Not that farmilar with Me but on win98 you can see if you deleted something by going to:
System Tools
System Info
Tools
System File Checker

Run this and it may find a file missing or gone bad

its already on the highest it can go!

Weird.. I would try upgrading.. I don't think the glow works at all in Netscape and in MSIE for Mac.. but the majority of users use MSIE.
