You can either dial 611 on your mobile phone to talk to somebody or log on your account onto their website. Its pretty easy.

When I first got my T-610, I set my alerts to notify me for any new emails. What I didn't realize is that each time I was alerted, I used up one of my text messages. I went through 30 in the first couple of days without even knowing it.

They don't seem to have anything for text messages, but you can do #646# and get a summary of your minute charges without having to call.

you can check the number you used on the t-mobile website. i know its not the same as knowing right away, but if you check it daily, you can keep track of how many you use during the course of the day.

I reckon t-mobile should make it so that after a call/text your current balance appears on your screen, instead of the annoyance of ringin "150" and listenin to the woman announce your balance
