    I'm in GA, reception is pretty good and as far as I know, it's the best provider in my area. i dont really have any complaints with their service- I've had much worse providers!!

    I had omnipoint/voicestream and not t-mobile, not 1 dropped call so far.

    T-mobile is a very good provider. As said above, you need to make sure that you have a good phone. Having a cell phone that is cheap will not help get good reception. Having a good phone will.

    i have t-mobile here in washington state... never had a dropped call.

    90% of dropped calls are improperly blamed on the service provider instead of the *&*&*&*&box phone you got for free simply for being too cheap or broke to get a quality phone.

    What area are you in? I'm in Southern California and I don't think that I 've had more then a couple of dropped calls since I started with T-Mobile. In fact my reception has been better now thenin the past.
