Interesting, was this with using the XNTD software. Because my T610 IS paired with my Vaio through Bluespace, using comport 4.
Even though this says it's connected a serial connection the XTND software does not recognise it, hence the XNTD software can not sync my outlook

I too had this problem some time ago.But what i did is that i used com port 10 and 9.Then i set the bluetooth program to auto search for device every minute.Once these settings are set...you restart your computer.The paired T610 will auto connect.Provided bluetooth in T610 is on.

I have an issue for 3 months now that is driving me absolutely crazy.

I'va got a Vaio PCG-Z1SP and a SE P800 and a T610, htey all pair/see each other using bluetooth

Syncing with outlook and the P800 works a treat
Filepush with the T610 works

syncing T610 with Outlook is friggin impossible. The XND software sinply does not see the phone, while the Vaio Bluespace software does, and establishes a serial connection using com-4
