Actually guys, I've had the same problem - Using MS Outlook (Office XP).
The attachment was a 2 byte (blank) .txt file titled MIDIBuddy Board Community Bulletin.txt

What version of the Outlook are you using? What is the file extension on the attachment?

I have just received a MidiBuddy Board Bulletin using Outlook Express, but there is nothing inside, no attachment nor message. In the inbox bit, where u have ur list of messages, there is a little attachment symbol next to the message title. Yet when i open the message, there is no attachment.

    Can anyone help me?

    thnx
