    Yea i did the same thing with graphics because i couldnt store that many. I had to delete all the ones in my media first. yea its pretty garbage

    Yeah, that sucks doesn't it,
    However, using the picture messenging method, you can store extra tones in your pix inbox. Then you can swap some tones in your my media folder with the ones in your pix inbox without deleting them or resending them.

    i concur with the person that responded. u can delete the ones in my media, but u cant delete the default ringtone ones. i mean, they are "default" for a reason.

    You can only delete the ones that are in your "My Media" folder. There's like 5 or 6 in there to begin with. I don't know about the ringers though.

    Hello,

    Is there anyway to erase some of the default ringtones this phone comes with so you can add more custom tones? Using the picture email method, I can download tones but I can not store more than 20 on my phone. I figured out how to delete all the default tones that were in My Media | Sounds but there are still a lot more tones than came with the phone that don't appear there. Is there anyway to erase some of these in order to have more downloaded ringers? Thanks.
