i too am using iSync 1.3, panther 10.3.2 and cannot get the mac to recognize the C350. for the one person that got it to work, did you have to change anything in the motorolaconduit.bundle file? or it just worked the minute you connected the USB? thanks.

Hi, i'm using Panther and iSync, but iSync don't allow me to upload pictures and ring to my cel... it's working ok to me, with no third party SW. Funny it didn't work to you, i just pluged my C350 via USB with the iSync open and in the menu you go for "add new hardware" or something like that (i'm not in my mac right now).. and there you go, the icon of your cel phone will be there waiting to be clicked for the first time.
