    Hello,

Probably not me, I usually use the Birdsofprey02 handle but omitted the 02 this time.

My friend had a LG Lx5350 color phone and was having problems so he got a new one and gave the old one to me.

The phone charges overnight and then works for a few hours and then the battery dies, the battery is not holding a charge. Also, the volume button on the left goes down, but the volume up does not work. Also, when I turn the power on, I have to hold the power button in forever before the phone boots. It then stays on the sprint logo for a few minutes, (not seconds) its a good minute or so. I was told that might be because its not activated so it might be trying to search for the network.

I took it into the Sprint store and got some new girl who didn't seem to into helping me out. She took the battery off and saw that the white dot was slightly pink. Its a lil pink, I can see most of the white still. I don't think it has been dropped in water, the phone still works and all, it just has its little quirks like I mentioned.

What do you recommend I do? Should I go back to sprint tomorrow and try to get someone that will help me out a lil and maybe have sprint swap me one in the mail?
Since the phone's not holding charge, could all my problems be with the battery and a simple battery replacement do the trick?

or... My friend did mention that he had insurance on his plan but it has a $35.00 deductable. I'm just not exactly sure how that works though since he has since bought a new phone and the one he gave me is not activated anymore? Would they still give him a replacement?
