    i highly recommend it.
i used one a while ago. very small (esp compared to 6610/7210... on paper it looks like not much difference, but in your hand, its like wow).

No problem at all. Any question will be answered over here(if we know it that is).

    Thanks
I once had the flashing "message" symbol (i.e. no more space) after uploading a couple of images and tones to the phone, so I assumed that the memory was shared.
    Thanks for confirming.

Shared across everything. Just like a Normal PC Hard disk.

Is that shared across images/tones/messages, or is there a specific amount of memory set aside for each?

Nah, the 6610 and 6100, as a matter of fact even 3100, 7210, have 725kB useable memory, of the total 1024kB(the other is for the OS)

I think 6100's a little slimmer,... but like u said,... 6610's much better...!!! and it's cheaper here as well...!!!

Of course it's more expensive and has more memory,... if it didn't have much memory,... the cam and function to take videos would be quite useless,... the 6100 here is still quite expensive though,... don't know why...

No one would recommend the old 6100 TODAY.
Please don't buy it, it has no great features.

    I got a 6100!!!
I can tell u this, it's da lightest in its class & da smallest!!!!

It's even lighter than da Siemens SL55

It's a nice phone w/ numerous lil features

A nice alternative is da 6220, but is much more expensive but offers much more features including more than 4 times da memory of da 6100!!!!

It's like Nokia are expanding their market. Using a standard platform they are making different designs.
Can anyone confirm if the 7210 Xpress-On will fit the 6610?

the 7210 has exactly the same features but with a way cooler look .. it's a matter of personality i think

hey djuhn, if you are talking weight you should see the samsung C100. Same features, lighter, and some features are better.

Personally, 6100 doesn't appeal to people here.
