i aint git a clue but where can i get the software to put the tones on my gx10 from?

I have tried and tried to convert wav's to .mmf files, but it just isnt happening.
I downloaded a few .mmf's to my phone from here link here, so i know they work, well the ones i tried did (cornholio and tarzan).
I either want to know which program was used, or how the hell the author of the site did them. I have resampled the wavs to various formats, PSMplayerd till my fingers hurt, mobile music polyphoniced aswell, which comes up with PSMplayer anyway. but now i need help......or maybe another phone that can accept .mmf's

Any help would be appreciated
