    dont update it.. i dont it on my 8100 and i was never able to get on to the internet again.... If you do it and you cant get on t the net anymore . you going to have to reprogram your phone..

    naw actually i don't think they do things like that . honestly i have been with sprint for a couple years and never came across firmware
