    Alternatones
    Its very easy to do with MobiMB, and not dangerous at all. You just need a 96x65 pic on your phone. Then right click on this picture in MobiMB and choose to set it as your startup logo.

    If you decide you don't want it anymore later on, you can easily change it back by going to File > Set Default > Startup logo. Its that easy.

    you can change your start up logo to a static one using mobimb or OPM II but you need to have a data cable

    Not Possible until you meddle with your firmware settings and I wont recommend you do that.
