    Have you tried using 'Coding Workshop's Polyphonic Ringtone Wizard' ??

    As long as you have WAP on your cell phone you can send ring tones to it. You can also use it to edit midi files and save them to send to a cell phone over a data cable.

    If you are a non nextel user then chances are you can download tones on your phones web for free.

    just plug this into yoru phones browser
