I've got some room mates who are arguing about whether or not it was possible to make the infamous cell phone calls from the planes on September 11th. I've found multiple sites saying that you can or can't use them (not because of FCC rules, because there is no connection). Without any bias to conspiracy or patriotism, does anyone know if it is possible to use a cell phone on a plane?
