Here is the link for the page to download. http://www.forum.nokia.com/main/0%2C...-63%2C00.html. It is free, you just need to register an account with the nokia website.

If you are thinking of converting wav's or mp3's to amr files, use the nokia multimedia converter found on nokia's website.

What is the maximum size of AMR file that I can transfer from PC suite to N3200? By default Voice recorder of 3200 supports only 1 min. of AMR recording. It is possible to increase using PC file transfer?

Has anyone tried Miksoft WAV to AMR Converter? ( http://miksoft.evzonastravel.com/mobileAMRconverter.htm )
I tried to convert 16-bit,8khz mono file to AMR but the software does not generate any output. The NRT file is always of same size (a few bytes) even if I change the WAV file. Is there any other software better than this?
