it isn't unlocked you were shafted! Enter special code is the code to unlock it. Put a Nextel sim in it. Leave it sit for a half an hour on and then power cycle it. It should fix it.

Hi guys,
I am in Canada and purchased an i95cl which was unlucked and sent to me, now after i insert the SIM card it ask me to enter spacial code, could someone please help and let me know how to fix or what the code is, i have a usb cable if needed.
