Can I suggest buying a memory card reader to transfer and delete files on the mmc card. It is so much faster and easier.

You have to give a name to your mmc then turn your phone off then on again now you will be able to see your mmc when you connect it using pc suite's audio manager now just click onto your mmc. Whatever you transfer over to your phone should go onto your mmc
