I recently purchased a Plantronics M3500 headset. I paired my phone and the bluetooth headset successfully. I am able to talk using the headset. However, when I get incoming calls, just the headset rings and ever so slowly. I can hardly hear it. I need both the phone and the headset to ring so I know I am getting a call. Or i need to be able to raise the volume on my headset ringer..Can you help? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
