I go on t-zones and it'll just go to a gray screen, and turn off and sometimes all my ringtones, games, and downloaded pics will be deleted but my pictures I took. I would end a call and it just turns off. It's really frustrating. I should get a new phone like you said.

Have u ever been on the t-zones on your samsung e-715 and it all of the sudden shuts off it happened to me a couple of times and when it turns back on sometime all my ringtones and graphics are deleted has this happened to any1?
