    all you have to do is name it whateva.mid and save type as any file

    If it re-names the file but doesn't change the 'extension' of the file, I can walk you through how to change your computer so it will change the extension when you re-name it - my computer used to just change the name.....

    Have you tried to rename the file to .midi ???
    I occasionally have this problem but renaming it usually fixes the file

    does anyone know why when i go to save some midis sometimes it saves as a .php file, and if so how do i stop it? cos it gets really annoying when i waste 25 cpf $
