If you live in Mmephis, Tn. you can contact a place called Cellular Renewal and tell them that Cricket won't program your phone because it's not an original cricket phone and they'll program it. And tell them that its a slider, but first I think but I'm not sure, You have to get the phone unlocked. There might be a cellular renewal in your city, just look in the phone book. The memphis number is (901) 722-5552 :smart:

All of our testing equipment is for the Kyocera 2345. About $30,000 worth. Like I had said before Kyocera will not sell their phone to anyone but a service provider in BULK. There web page is http://www.cricketcommunications.com/index.htm

Do you think I would be asking these questions if I hadn't already tried everything? Cricket does not have any say what so ever about removing a programming code or lock from another providers phone. Sprint won't unlock the phone. Verizon won't unlock a phone. So what I have to do is flash it and have someone from cricket program it. All I need to know is how to flash the phone. But nobody seems to know how that is done. Thanks for you help though

I need to figure out what has to be done in order to flash a phone. I need to have a certain phone flashed and programmed so that I can get it on a different provider... Anything is helpfull please let me know what I can do.. Thanks

Phone Kyocera 2345 from either Sprint or Verizon
Needs to be switched to "Cricket Communications"

I don't have the phone yet but just bought DT (Drive testing) equipment for this perticular phone. The problem is this phone I can only find on Ebay already programmed for either Sprint or Verizon. I need to perform the testing for Cricket (Cricket isn't in every state yet. It's definitly a company on the rise) Thanks for your help!!!!
