FINALLY I GOT IT FIGURED OUT!!!!!!

10. Take a clip of your song, preferably 20 seconds of a song.

11. Save as .wav file.

12. Now open up Cool Edit. Go to File-->Open and find your newly shortened wav file and open it up. Then hit the F11 key. This will bring up the wav editing properties. Change the sample rate to 8000. Then change the Channels to mono. Next change the Resolution to 8 bit. Then if you'd like you can make a sort of template for this configuration by putting in a file name up top and picking "Save As". This is useful for the next time that you change the properties of a wav so that you just hit enter instead of changing anything. Hit "Ok" once you have changed the properties and Cool Edit will change the file.

13. Now open up PSMPLAY 5.0

14. File >>> Create SMAF

15. Choose 16 Chords

16. When a Box pops up, create your file name.

17. Change your MAX BYTES SIZE to 131072.

18. Save, now your done!
