I'm prepaid (for now) and I used to have unlimited access to t-zones and be able to go to websites and everything. Now it says my plan doesn't allow that feature or something. It sucks.

Check the post again I don't, assume anything I gave you and myself an out by saying you may work at a t-mobile stand which from the sound of your post you do. Indirectly isn't the same as saying *I work for t-mobile*. The only reason I responed the way I did was the *no your wrong* comment there are alot of younger people inquiring info and I personally was offended. It sounds to me that you don't like being told your wrong so bluntly. And as far as call service reps not know what their talking about, if they don't there at least 100 people around them much like this forum that can and will help. Not just an uncle and whatever flyers you get. Peace kept!!

and the only crap that the forum is hearing is you tryin to sh*it talk, and you do realize people make mistakes some times, like you tryin to sh*t talk, so take it easy, keep the peace

i said i've worked for t-mobile, but i never said i worked at a call center or directly with them in the first place, the only reason i got to work with t-mobie was because my uncle owns a cell phone store which sells t-mobile and att, so i worked with t-mobile indirectly, hooking people up with a cell phone service and i constantly had to know the plans and was constantly on the phone with their reps, and even the reps didnt know half of the sh*t theyre supposed to know, which i would bet you could fall in that category. and maybe ur right about this t-zones with different regions havin different prices but it doesnt matter, most people have to pay 4.99, so ur right i shouldnt assume its tru everywhere, but u shouldnt assume i worked in a call center

sorry vidguy11 your wrong t-mobile call centers don't start hiring until your 18 at least and you have to have some phone sales and telemarketing exp. And being that 2 yrs. ago you were 16, because it's not quite october 31, would kind of make it impossible for you to have worked for t-mobile. Trust me I know I have worked for t-mobile. And although you may have worked at the mall or a t-mobile stand, I'm sure the rest of the forum would agree, they mostly know crap except what there told or what leaks out to them. In closing you answers are to broad and non-specific meaning that if you heard that t-zones cost 4.99 you assume that it's true everywhere. Wrong I've been follwing your posts and although some of you info is correct, some of not all, don't assume that your sh*t don't stank. It would be nnice if you would ask questions before jumping to conclusions, and giving bad advise. I was nice enough to send you a pm last time so everyone wouldn't know, but your cocky attitude seems to have gotten the best of you. If you doubt me check the facts my old call center # was 115499

Donno what you guys are talking about.
I'm going to wap.google.com, wap.yahoo.com and many other sites, by way of WAP and there have been no extra charges on my bill or current activity listing related wap internet charges.
T-Zones is geared around content, not internet (think Earthlink vs AOL = internet provider vs content provider). It gives the subscriber sites designed specifically for WAP enabled phones, some by companies partnered with t-mobile, etc...there is internet but that's not the focus.

    From t-mobile:
    Unlimited t-zones
(includes unlimited Internet e-mail and Mobile Web content)
    Keywords: Mobile Web content
w/o t-zones you can only access i think 5 POP email, Pro gives you up to 8 personal and corporate...
REGARDLESS, the INTERNET is still there, T-Zones or no T-Zones.
