I say take it to the store and see if they'll exchange it on the spot. Authorized Nokia dealers should do this because they can send the phone back to Nokia and get another one shipped to them ASAP. If you send the phone to Nokia you could be waiting weeks for a replacement or servicing.

I just bought a Nokia 3595 a month and a half ago. Now when someone calls, I plug it in to the charger, or sometimes for no reason at all, it goes blank and won't switch back on. I called the customer service line, and they said I could take it to a store with Nokia representatives or send it to Nokia for repair. Has anyone else had this problem? Also, which is better - taking it to a store or sending it directly to the company? Thanks!
