Hi!! Andres...I see that you got a new Nokia...You changed your Nokia 3200 with a 7610...?? You are "Upgraded" to a Series 60 phone..?? I follow you....getting a Series 60 phone too...Me, I bought a Nokia 6600 for just 307 Euros (without VAT)!!!

    Great PDA Phone!!!

Some Notes: 7610 have mono sound as 6600 too.

Question: Is there any SymbianOS application that extends Video Recording above 10 secs...or is SymbianOS Camera API limitation..??

Question 2: Some great sites with SymbianOS & J2ME Apps for Series 60..?? PM me the real good ones :-)

    gpalouk!

i have the 6600 and its bad ass, i also have 3650, the ****ing processor (*****ing?) went out on it, it was an ok phone, the keys were hard to get used to, but the 6600 wins me over, i do wish it took longer videos.
    My two cents:
they are always making somthing bigger and better, so save your money all you want but by the time you get the phone you want they will have a better on in less then a month

Just wait 4 the Nokia 6260. Its gonna b brilliant. comes out next week aswell!! getting it as soon as it comes out. Its priced at a reasonable £270. 100 pounds cheaper than the 7610 (all that is, is the design an camera..... dont know what all the fuss is about) and around the same price as the 6600, with double the amount of features! gonna b the best nokia smartphone ever!

The 6600 is a way dope, full featured phone. My buddy has it and I was quite amazed with the features. The screen resolution is incredible...as is the video and imaging. I'd definitely check that one out.

My cousin used to work at a mobile phone store, and got a 6600, he loved it new, and still loves it now, but now wants to trade it in for the other new Nokia flip phone which also has a twisting screen. Cant remember the name. I think its the 6230 or something. Not as good looking as th 7610, but less bulky, smaller, and MUCH better features.
It's the 6260,... and the features which it has while 7610 doesn't is FM Radio and EDGE (and of course stereo),... 7610 has 6x zoom and 1 MP,... 64MB RSMMC, 10 minutes video recording,... Would say it's much better,... probably just abit... what u should wait for is the 6630... Check Nokia.com for the specs.

Well,... another good symbian phone would be 7610,...

Maybe u might wanna consider that? Anyhow, to make this more convenient for u, i'll make a comparison between 6600, and 7610...

Looks/Design - Solely up to user, but personally, i feel that the 7610 is much nicer,... (might be a little bias as i own one though)

Size - 7610 and 6600 are of the same height but 7610 is slimmer,... so 7610

Connectivity - 6600 has infrared as well as Bluetooth, while 7610 only has bluetooth (can easily replace infrared with USB cable) but 6600 gets this one....

Functions - 7610 wins hands down with 4x zoom and 1 MP camera, Symbian 7.0. 64MB rsmmc (can buy additional ones anyway)... 10 minutes video recording compared to 6600's 10 secs....

Bluetooth - I read some reviews saying that 7610 can connect to several comps through Bluetooth,... while 6600 can so 6600

Price - 6600 wins this cuz for the price u pay for this phone is really worth it,... 7610 would of course be a much better option if money is not an issue here but let's face it, price is anissue to majority...

Pros- 6600 has 2x zoom, VGA cam, video recording. easy to use (maybe not so for some) joystick,... Symbian phone,... reasonable price...

Cons- Bulky compared to 7610 and SX1,... Mono, no radio....
