I am wanting to use Cricket service but I don't care for their phones. I have looked into UNLOCKED cell phones but was told (by cricket) that you can't use unlocked cell phones. I noticed that all the phones they have are CDMA. What does that mean and do I have to get an unlocked CDMA phone or can it be GSM or TDMA? How does this work?
