    If the .wav has not been processed through a program to make it meet the specs for a ringtone or the size is too big, this will happen. It has to be a mono wav 8000 hz etc. and be usually less than 25 seconds. be sure to lower the volume on your phone to check the wavs playback volume. this is how people blow their speakers on the phone.

    I've tried webjal and myjal several times but ever time the transfer almost finishes a communication error pops up. an ideas on what i can do?
