I put some songs on my phone and now I can't seem to delete them if I try to delete them via the phone it gives me the erase icon but doesn't remove the song. If I try and delete it through qpst and a data cable it gives me and error (111) Illegal operation. I am at my wits end if somebody knows a way to delete these or even reprogram to the original factory setting I will do anything. Any help is appreciated.
