    but i never changed anything and i think it's set to com 1

    okie...but how do i know which port to choose?

    Go to Control Panel then find the computers properties, find out if the correct COM port is selected for use, the modem doesnt really specify all the time, so you may just need to make a minor change

    hi umm...i'm having problem with my serial port (laptop)....when i use my download cable (for samsung T100) using my serial port, it doesn't seem to have a connection...the program says no connection detected...when i use the program and the cable on a desktop, it works fine......there's nothing wrong with my serial port coz i tried a modem with it...maybe there's some setting problem somewhere...pls help
