    Not really... I believe the car charger uses the serial connector as well as the USB data cable... It's the same as the VX-6000. It's not a blocking issue at all, but if someone is not using it to charge or transfer data, then it is best to leave it as a dust cover. Cricket would also use that to transfer data from one phone to another, or if they had to reset the phone.

    does anybody else have one? if so, have you noticed that the place where you would hook up a data cable is blocked off? anyone know of a way to get that little piece off?!?!?
