Can anyone lead me in the right direction as far as cell phones and internet browsing? The only cell I have owned has been a Virgin Moble pay-as-you-go Party Animal phone. I never even got into the few features that it did have. What I need now is a phone that will allow for wireless web browsing with pictures - not just text , information on how to go about getting internet service to these phones, and also a decent digital camera built in. What are the best phones for the price and which service providers are best. And how do the plans work? I only need about 30 minutes of web time each week, but the pages I will be surfing will have a good deal of pictures - if that matters. Any opinions willl be appreciated.
