also, make sure its plugged into the phone all the way....and see if theres any dust etc. in the phone(usb part.)

maybe ur not plugin ur cable right, or maybe that USB port aint workin, try using another port..

I HAVE BEEN USING BITPIM AND MY CABLE FOR THE LAST 3 DAYS JUST FINE. NOT MY PC DOES NOT RECONIZE THE CABLE AND BIT PIM WONT OPEN. ANY IDEAS ON HOW TO FIX THIS. I TRIED TO UNINSTALL THE DRIVERS AND SOFTWEAR BUT NO LUCK. I MAY BE UN INSTALLING WRONG. HELP !
